Registration requirements
- The applicant is not currently registered as a player at another futsal academy or club.
- The registration form is completed truthfully and signed by a parent.
- Colour copies of the birth certificate and KIA, plus copies of the family card, parent ID, and NISN are attached.
- The Rp450,000 starting fee is settled.

Player conduct
- Attend training on schedule, regularly and with discipline.
- Be willing to join friendlies and league or tournament events proposed by the coaches and management.
- Give the true reason when unable to attend training or a match.
- Do not enter match events with another academy, team, or futsal club registered with AFK Bandung — school teams and school futsal clubs excepted.
- Choose whether or not photos and videos may be used for academy publication and promotion.
- Comply with all applicable terms.

Player duties
- Comply with the rules and administrative order
- Uphold the academy’s good name through conduct and results
- Respect the management staff and coaches
Management rights
- Manage the academy’s income and expenditure
- Set rules, decisions, and codes of conduct
- Provide neutral and transparent consultation
- Decide which events the players enter
Management duties
- Provide coaching facilities and equipment
- Communicate academy activities
- Provide a structured and measurable training programme
- Treat every player fairly
Fees

Monthly dues are due by the 20th of each month, and may be paid in two instalments.
Friendly-match and tournament costs sit outside the monthly dues, and are charged only to players named in the matchday squad. Amounts follow each event and are always announced in advance.

Registration is open all year for ages 11 to 14. Rp450,000 to start covers registration, the first month’s dues, and one training jersey. The paperwork is simple, and we walk you through it.
